Very large or multiple heavy items may be shipped to you via freight carrier.
Curb side delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
Our goal is to offer free shipping on all orders; however, at times it may not be possible to do so (for instance, when an order needs to be shipped to a remote or hard-to-service area inside of Canada and the USA). We reserve the right to notify you after you have purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund. Regions that are subject to a surcharge include, but are not limited to the following:
- Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories of Canada

If your order is received before noon Eastern time, you can expect items with an available quantity greater than zero to be shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping & Order Confirmations
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. Please save these email invoices for your records.
Items currently out of stock
Occasionally, some items are unavailable from time to time. If the item you need is unavailable, an estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you. You will be able to place your order and we will ship your item at a later date. If you order multiple items at the same time, they will be automatically grouped and shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [705-943-0153] with details of the product and the defect. We may ask for pictures of product prior to issuing a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
